The difference between T5 and T8 Led tube
1、Frequently-used sizes of Led fluorescent lamp are T8,T5,T4 tube, T5 tube is used by a company as three tubes in one group .T stands for tube ,meaning tube shape, the number after T stands for tube’s diameter, T8 is 8 T, one T is 1/8 inch.
2、T8 tube’s diameter is (8/8)×25.4＝25.4mm, which diameter is just one inch, (noted :unify width is 39mm,height is 52mm)
3、Normal tube’s length and power: 20W ,length 620mm; 30w,length is 926mm; 40W,length 1230mm
4、T5 tube’s diameter is (5/8)×25.4＝16mm, (noted :unify width is 39mm,height is 52mm)
5、Normal tube’s length and power:: 8w ,length 310mm; 14w length 570mm; 21w length 870.5mm; 28w length 1170.5mm; 35w length 1475mm
6、Led tube size is made as common fluorescent tube’s, you can use the led tube instead of common tube without change lamp fixture, to save energy and protect environment, which also can save the cost of replacement.
